The Kosciuszko
Foundation’s 72nd
Annual Dinner and Ball

The 2007 Ball will celebrate the works of
noted Polish artist
W. T. Benda,
and members of his family have been invited to attend. The
Anthony Tabish Orchestra will provide music for dancing, and the
Polish American Folk Dance Company
will also perform. Diplomats, artists, and other
dignitaries are invited to this premier social event of the
Polish American community, and will fill the hotel’s Grand
Ballroom for a gala night of dancing and dining. A high point of
the evening is the debutante presentation; young Polish women
will be escorted by members of the Kosciuszko Squadron, from the
US Military Academy at West Point, and heralded by the Fanfare
Squadron from the US Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point
Mme. Wanda
Tomczykowska, President Emerita of The Polish Arts and Culture
Foundation in San Francisco will receive the KF Medal of
Recognition for her 50-year dedication in promoting Polish
Heritage in the US. Her daughter, Caria Tomczykowska, current
President, will be one of the Guests of Honor. Several members
of the PACF's Board of Trustees will also attend |
